Our PackagesWe provide a tailored service to suit any owner, starting with our standard BRONZE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT and going through to our GOLD MANAGEMENT CONTRACT, or alternatively we can provide a package that most fits your needs. However, each of our clients has their own specific requirements, we are flexible enough to adjust the services accordingly, therefore we can add some of the optional and additional services, until the clients specific requirements are met. Weeding, turning and cultivating of flower beds. Dead heading flowers and lopping of dead leaves. Water areas not covered by the irrigation system. Replanting of plants that die out. Trimming and pruning of trees. Keeping electric fence clear of foliage. Removal of garden refuse after work carry out by staff Trimming and shaping of hedges and shrubs when required. Spray and clear Driveways and walkways affected with weeds during each service day.
Premier Villas Swimming Pool Maintenance Spain Costa Blanca South, From Communal to private pools, Big to small, no matter what size or where your pool is we can maintain it. We visit two times a week in the Summer months and once a week the rest of the year. Our staff are fully legal and insured. All work is subject to a yearly contract that includes all chemicals and starts from 50 Euro a month on a yearly contract.
